FR-01 : Flame Retardant FR-01 is a high performance nitrogen phosphorus complex fire retardant. It has excellent fire proofing behavior in textile and other industrial application. Suggested use process Two immersion and two pressure ( pressure suction rate 60%-70% ) → drying ( 100-150 ℃ ) Recommended dosage and precautions ■ Recommended dosage : 10~15%, if there are special fire protection requirements, the dosage can be increased. ■ Recommended the pH of the bath is 6~6.5, and the pH above 8 will cause the effect to decline. ■ To increase water resistance, cross-linking agent TMM resin can be added. ■ Avoid using in PU resin, it will cause crosslinking reaction and lead to resin polymerization. |
