LYSURF REM-AR58S : Reactive surfactant Instructions 1. The dosage of REM-AR58S : for monomer above 1.5 wt%, the recommended amount is 2~3 wt%. 2. In the initial stage (REM-AR58S/monomer/water/initiator) of polymerization, the polymerization time is 15 minutes, and the polymerization temperature is 75℃. 3. The basic polymerization temperature is 75℃, the time of lotion dropping is 3 hours, and the aging time is 2 hours. 4. When composing monomer, and the styrene monomer is more than 40 wt%, please adjust the proportion of REM-58S/monomer in the initial polymerization to keep the conversion rate of monomer is the same as the speed of polymerization of REM-AR58S, and the additional polymerization is in progress later. 5.
