Lubricant additives
■ CT-09H
。CT-09H is a synthetic phosphate ester of vegetable oil, which has excellent lubricity and can
reduce boundary friction and wear under extreme pressure conditions. It can be used as an
additive for lubricants, oil-based cutting fluids, water-basedcutting fluids, and extreme
pressure lubrication.
。Water-based lubricants based on CT-09H have low foam and can be quickly eliminated. ■ TDEH
。TDEH is a fatty acid amide with the properties of emulsification, dispersion, thickening,
solubilization, and foaming stabilization. It can be used as a lubricant, corrosion inhibitor,
and rust preventive agent in the metal processing industry.
。Taking the " friction coefficient of steel on steel " as an example (as shown in the figure above),
lubricating oil with mineral oil as the main component has a poor oil film strength and a
higher friction coefficient of 0.32.
。CT-09H has excellent lubricity. In Pin-on-Disk wear tests, the friction coefficient can be
reduced to below 0.15 at a concentration of 5% (the friction coefficient of dry friction
between steel and steel in the atmosphere is 0.78), and the friction coefficient is even
lower at higher concentrations.

it helps calcium carbonate and calcium nitrate to be uniformly adsorbed in the glove mold, so that
a uniform coating can be formed on the surface of the glove when the latex is dipped and the
adhesion can be enhanced.
